Operation Theater Personnel Training For Better Patient Care
Patient operations performed in Operation Theaters (OT) is one of the most challenging tasks which a Doctor performs in course of his/her career. It becomes a case of life or death in case the OT staffs are not well trained and aware about the potential dangers and cons of mishandling during and after a critical operation.
Maa Ram Pyari Superspeciality Hospital organised a special OPR Training program on 27th July 2019 to train the Operation theater staffs for better care of patients during and after the operation. Top Specialists of Ranchi were invited in the prestigious gathering along with a group of OT staffs from several hospitals in MRPSH Bariatu premises. The Training program started with a powerpoint presentation and was a success as there was a lot of learning about the critical cases carried out in operation theaters and real life cases studies were explained and the OT staffs were asked for demo "ROLE PLAYS" for better understanding in limited time frames.
16 difficult and critical demo cases were role played and were asked by Trainees to perform their task in the limited time frame and assume as if they were in a live operation theater.
